We put our experience at the service of the family in order to find the most economically advantageous solution, developing ad hoc cost estimates.
We support the family throughout the selection process, also providing them with interview notes to use when they meet the carers we recommend and verifying the progress of the employment relationship, also through evaluation questionnaires.
Finally, we offer the staff search service for replacements and organize periodic ongoing training meetings for carers with the aim of providing families with trained staff who are constantly updated on the main issues relating to the profession they carry out.
